1. Introduction
InvestUS is committed to protecting any data that we collect concerning you. By using our services User agrees to the use of the data that InvestUS collect in accordance with this Privacy Policy. InvestUS are committed to protecting User privacy. InvestUS collect the minimum amount of information about User's that is commensurate with providing a satisfactory service. This Policy indicates the type of processes that may result in data being collected about Users. User use of InvestUS website gives InvestUS the right to collect that information.

2. Information Collected 
InvestUS may collect any or all of the information that Users give us, including name, address, telephone number, fax number and email address, together with data about User use of the InvestUS website. Other information that may be needed from time to time to process a request may also be collected as indicated on the InvestUS website.

3. Information Use 
InvestUS use the information collected primarily to process the task for which you visited the InvestUS website. Data collected in the UK is held in accordance with the Data Protection Act. For the purpose of the Data Protection Act 1998 our Data Controller is Mark Williams. All reasonable precautions are taken to prevent unauthorised access to this information. This safeguard may require you to provide additional forms of identity should you wish to obtain information about your account details.

4. Use of Cookies
InvestUS may on occasion gather information regarding User computer whilst User's are on InvestUS website. This enables InvestUS to improve services and to provide statistical information regarding the use of the InvestUS website to our advertisers where appropriate.

Such information will not identify Users personally. It is statistical data about visitors and their use of the site. This statistical data does not identify any personal details whatsoever.

Similarly to the above, InvestUS may gather information about User's general internet use by using a cookie file. Where used, these cookies are downloaded to User's computer automatically. This cookie file is stored on the hard drive of User's computer as cookies containing information that is transferred to User's computer's hard drive. They help InvestUS to improve the website and the service provided to Users.

InvestUS do not disclose any personal information obtained about Users from the website to third parties except when InvestUS need to do so in order to provide Users with information requested from InvestUS, relating to our products and services. To provide information on other products which InvestUS feel may be of interest to Users, where Users have consented to receive such information. 

InvestUS may also use the information to keep in contact with Users and inform them of developments associated with InvestUS business, such as improvements or service/product changes, that may affect our service.

Users will be given the opportunity to remove themselves from any mailing list or similar device.

If at any time in the future InvestUS should wish to disclose information collected on its website to any third party, it would only be with User's knowledge and consent. InvestUS may from time to time provide information of a general nature to third parties - for example, the number of individuals visiting InvestUS website or completing a registration form, but InvestUS will not use any information that could identify those individuals.

6. Other InvestUS websites 
Users may find the InvestUS website contains links to other websites. InvestUS is not responsible for the privacy policies or practices of any third party as InvestUS have no control over them.

7. Changes to this Policy 
Latest changes to the InvestUS Privacy Policy will be published and supersede this version of our Policy. InvestUS will take reasonable steps to draw Users attention to any changes in Policy. However, to be on the safe side, InvestUS suggest that Users read this document wherever published to ensure it still meets with User approval.

8. Storing Your Personal Data
InvestUS may transfer data that it collects from Users to locations outside of the European Economic Area for processing and storing. Also, it may be processed by staff operating outside the European Economic Area who work for us or for one of our suppliers. For example, such staff maybe engaged in the processing and concluding of User's order, the processing of payment details and the provision of support services. By submitting personal data, User agrees to this transfer, storing or processing. InvestUS will take all reasonable steps to make sure that User data is treated securely and in agreement with this Privacy Policy. High Net Worth and sophisticated investor registrants will be afforded complete confidentiality and anonymity protected by triple encrypted security database accessed by only the Directors with which personally in communication with.

Data that is provided to InvestUS is stored on our secure servers. Details relating to any transactions entered into on the website site will be encrypted to ensure its safety. The transmission of information via the Internet is not completely secure and therefore InvestUS cannot guarantee the security of data sent to us electronically and transmission of such data is therefore entirely at User's own risk. Where InvestUS have given the User (or where User has chosen) a password so that User can access certain parts of the website, User is responsible for keeping this password confidential.

9. Disclosing Your Information
Where applicable, InvestUS may disclose User's personal information to any member of the InvestUS group. This includes, where applicable, InvestUS subsidiaries, holding company and its other subsidiaries (if any).

InvestUS may also disclose User's personal information to third parties:

i. Where InvestUS sell any or all of our business and/or our assets to a third party. ii. Where InvestUS are legally required to disclose your information.

iii. To assist fraud protection and minimise credit risk.

10. Access to Information
The Data Protection Act 1998 gives Users the right to access the information that InvestUS hold about them. Please note that any demand for access may be subject to payment of a fee of £10 which covers our costs in providing Users with the information requested.
